    What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept 2 ways of payment below:Bank wire transfer [we will email or text you our company bank account information if you have already confirmed your itinerary with us. 


    Cash.

    You can also give us cash if you wish,however, you are required to pay the deposit of your tour by using bank wire transfer before you come to Tibet.


    How about the booking and payment  process of my tour?

    Please send us email about your acceptance of our tour programs and price we offer when you are ready to pay a deposit for confirmation of your booking, and kindly tell us which tour package you are interested in. 

    If you book your tour more than 40 days prior to you arrive date, you are require to pay us 25% of your tour cost as deposit, full airfare or train fare is required for the confirmation of your booking. 

    If you book your tour within 40-25 days prior to you arrive in Tibet, you are require to pay us 50% of your tour cost as deposit, full airfare or train fare is required for the confirmation of your booking. 

    To book your Tibet tour within 24-16 days prior to you arrive in Lhasa, you are require to pay us 60% of your tour cost as deposit, full airfare or train fare is required for the confirmation of your booking, and the 40% of ground tour costs once for the full balance, by cash or traveler’s checks.
     
    To book your Tibet tour 10-15 days prior to your departure for Tibet, you are require to pay us full payment of your tour cost for securing your booking. (Please aware that we do not accept urgent bookings due to the complicated process of Tibet Travel Permit)
    n you arrive at Tibet.
     Cancellation

    30 days or more than 30 days before your tour start date, 60 USD per person will be charged.

    Ÿ29-15 days before your tour start date, 10% of the tour fare as cancellation fee will be charged

    14-8 days before your tour start date, 30% of the tour fare as cancellation fee will be charged.

    Ÿ7 days or less than 7 days before your tour start date, 50% of the tour fare will be charged.

    Ÿ100% of the tour fare will be charged if you cancel your tour when you arrive in Tibet or you fail to show up           during your tour schedule.

    Ÿ If you cancel the group tour, the full payment of your tour cost ( please kindly contact our tour consultant for            detail information about that)


    Does my tour package cover international travel Insurance?

    Unfortunately, tour agencies in Tibet only have basic business liability insurance. It is highly recommend obtaining your own international travel insurance from your home country that may cover trip interruption, flight cancellation, emergency medical evacuation, and medical expenses, etc. In case of a medical emergency in remote places of Tibet, you may want to make sure that your insurance company can at least provide reimbursement for all your medical expenses.
